
Phantom Projects is housed in a 5,000 sq ft facility that
contains our offices and rehearsal space, as well as
our sets, costumes, props, etc.
As we enter our 12th year as a company, we feel it is
time to give back to the groups that at one time helped
us.
It is our goal to make our inventory available at the
cheapest rental rates in town, in an effort to make your
middle school, high school, college, church, or theatre
production that best that it can be.
Our rates are based on the number of items you rent,
the number of weeks you wish to rent them, the size of
your venue, and the ticket price of your event. We are
sure you will find our rental rates to be affordable for
virtually any budget!
INVENTORY
At this time, we do not have itemized images of our
inventory. In order for us to keep our rates low, we feel our
time is best used giving you a guided tour of our items,
letting you browse our inventory.
RESERVATIONS
We highly recommend planning your reservations as far in
advance as possible.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
A deposit is required for EVERY item that leaves our
premise. This deposit is to secure your rental dates and to
cover any damage to rented items. The deposit will be
refunded after returned items are inspected.
DAMAGE
Each group is responsible and liable for damages other
than normal wear to the rented item(s) up to and including
the value of the item(s). Lost items will be charged at full
value.
SHIPMENTS
At this time, Phantom Projects will not ship or deliver any
items. Due to limited staffing, we are unable to offer any
physical assistance to transport items. You must bring
enough individuals to transport the item(s) you wish to rent.
SCENERY/PROP HANDLING
Extreme care while unloading and loading scenery will
prevent unnecessary damage. Any damaged items, rips,
tears or punctures will be repaired at a charge of $30 per
hour. Under no condition is the customer to alter item(s) in
any manner without expressed permission from Phantom
Projects. Any painting that is approved, will be approved
with the understanding that each item must be "based out"
in white before being returned.
COSTUME HANDLING
A cleaning fee is charged in addition to the rental. Under
no condition can the costumes be permanently altered. Any
alterations must be sewn with large removable stitches.
Safety pins are not permitted for any alterations. Damaged
costumes or accessories will be repaired at a charge of $30
per hour up to the full replacement cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancelled reservation may result in the forfeiture of the
customer deposit.
